At the Official Minecraft Shop, we want you to love your loot, but if you are not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the packing slip inside your return package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
